DEMS Rubber

Our rubber facility boasts a state of the art rubber moulding factory capable of moulding rubber components to your specification. Our automated injection moulding machines are geared up for your high volume runs, and our smaller manual machines are perfect for your custom moulded items.

We offer technical expertise in component design, and material spec's such as Nitrile, Viton, EPDM, Silicone and Natural Rubber. We can even custom formulate a rubber compound for your exact application. We have mastered the art in moulding rubber to steel, and even rubber to plastics.

Our rubber manufacturing facility is located in Durban and is equipped with compression and injection moulding presses. We have sales offices situated in Springfield Park, Durban and Wadeville, Johannesburg.
