  • High Rigidity & Hardness . Very easy to machine

  • Good creep resistance

  • Colours : Natural & Black.

HDPE / UHMWPE

  • Very good chemical resistance
  • Excellent abrasion resistance
  • Superior impact strength and shock resistance
  • Operates at temperatures as low as -200°C.
  • Very Low Friction Coefficient
  • Low Specific gravity
  • Easy to Machine
  • Widely used in conveyors, bottling and packaging machines
  • Virgin material is Food Safe
  • Very low moisture absorption (0.8% at saturation)



NYLON

  • Good Mechanical Stability
  • High Impact Strength & shock resistance
  • Very good abrasion resistance
  • High Tensile stress & compressive strength
  • Good Damping Properties
  • Self Lubricating
  • Colours : Natural & Black.

Weakness

Material is Hydroscopic. Moisture Absorption will mean Mechanical features & Dimensions will change .

  • Physiologically safe (Food Safe)

  • Operating Temperature – 200Deg C to + 260 Deg C
  • Very good UV Resistance
